Our house is in a very calmly, sunny and central position. The mountain railway and the solar bath with sauna are about 250 meters away, also the local centre can be reached in about 5 minutes. 

Your ideal starting point for holiday activities. The 18 hole golf-course and the Alpentherme Gastein are only a few kilometers away from our "Haus Mitterlechner". Our new apartments are perfectly equipped with: sufficient kitchen-ware, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric range with an oven, cable TV, internet, stereo, hair dryer, radio bell, cosy corner, sun- balcony with garden furniture etc.

We put quilt-covers and towels at your disposal and they will be changed regulary by us. Our local baker will deliver you breakfast rolls and daily paper if you so desire. A drying room for your clothes and a ski shoe heating is also available.  

For our small guests we have a playground and various kid friendly activities. In the open your children could romp around undisturbed, because the location has almost no traffic!

1 apartment up to 5 persons: approx. 70m², 2 bedrooms with TV (1 three-bed and 1 two-bed room), living kitchen with TV, bath, separate WC and balcony
